How to get the UL1786 Test Report for Night Lights?

A night light is a small, low-power light source used to provide comfort or convenience in dimly lit indoor areas at night. Night lights are direct plug-in lights intended for indoor use in non-hazardous locations, with an input power not exceeding 10 watts.

It applies to fixtures with built-in ballasts for daylight and adapters for daylight lamps rated at 120V (including sockets for incandescent lighting fixtures and portable lamps).
